Several leaders have inspired me in different ways — I think its important to understand who an individual is and use the tools ( skill set) that they have provided when the circumstance is right. I respect all leaders — They are in their position for a reason. Someone saw something in the individual — its my job to learn increase my skill set
Can you recall a defining moment when you were mentored by your Shero or another woman? What did that experience teach you?
Several years ago when presenting an issue to my supervisor — I was unprepared with what I thought the solution should be.
