Mooch & Mel Founders of MOVE

What is your name and the name of your company?

Christina Muccio and Melissa Dlugolecki Founders of MOVE. With Mooch & Mel Founders of 90DAYCEO

Can you tell us a bit more about your company?

MOVE. was founded in June of 2018 due to a need for women to have a community and coaches who guide them to food and body image freedom. We created the MOVE. Method- a 12 week course (content, community and coaching) based on three pillars that shows women what’s possible in their lives. Our coaching combines mindset and life coaching, fitness, gut health and nutrition. 90DAYCEO was founded in September of 2019 for service-based entrepreneurs who know there’s “more” in their lives than working to live. We coach aspiring and current entrepreneurs through 12+ weeks of course content to support the growth and scaling of their online or brick and mortar businesses.

What’s something your company has worked on that you’re most proud of?

Our community and culture: our community is empowering, supportive, driven- with the use of our tough love and motivation to show clients what’s possible, we’ve nailed community values and creating culture that embodies growth. Our method of coaching and teaching: with years of experience, we’ve found the sweet spot to not just change lives but transform them for good.

What was your first job? What did you love most about it?

Christina and Melissa both started in different areas of work- both had solid work ethic as far back as they can remember. Entrepreneurial from the get go.

What is the most important piece of advice you have been given about money and/or owning a business?

Money mindset is something both Christina and Melissa have worked through. Our families grew up very frugal. We’ve loved learning from NY Times Best Selling author, Mike Michalowicz.

How would you say your company/organization positively impacts the community?

MOVE. changes women’s’ lives so they are happier, healthier and can spread the same to their communities and families. 90DAY clients no longer dread work or their business building experience and they’re able to better serve the world and create bigger impact. And it doesn’t hurt they’re making more money than they ever have for themselves and their families.

How has the funding that you received through the Berkshire Bank Foundation helped you and your company during these times?

We’ve gained support around the fundamentals of running specific accounts based on the Profit First Method.
